Hi,
I've noticed a strange and annoying bug involving Flash Media Encoder (version 4.0.2.002 is the one I'm using) running in Snow Leopard. When I go to encode a quicktime export from Final Cut Pro, as I have many times before, The screen goes black about 5 seconds into the encode process. I'm running it on a Mac Pro (2 x 3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon). My second monitor continues to work. Whats even more unusual about the black screen issue is that it's not like the Mac cannot communicate with that monitor. Although the entire screen is black, you can still see cursor moving around.
So far, the only way I've found to get the monitor working again is either to force restart the Mac of to do a screen refresh. (CMD + ALT + EJECT).
Any Ideas?
Thanks
