Snow Leopard - Applications Stack Icon Problem

Hello there!

Just wondering if you know anything about Apple going to fix, what I think is a important flaw in Snow Leopard which is the applications stack, that have huge icons!
Is there anyway to fix it? I did enjoy the previous application stack kind (had all applications in one big box – no need to scroll down)

No idea if or when it may change.
In the meantime just use the View Content as List Option on the stacks right click context menu.
