Snow Leopard causing this problem a lot... [picture]

Sometimes deleting old preference panes that are incompatible or other things can help, but I don't know exactly what

All I know is a clean install should get you fixed.
If you're interesting in doing that, make sure you backup in TM and on an external backup + extra's of important files.

Or you could wait and see if anyone posts anything about deleting preference panes or something that helps 😛

i have got that before!! i was lucky enough to show that to an apple service technician, he was like "that's the first time i encounter this".. 😛
 
This happened to me all the time in Leopard, it's nothing new.

Go back to Tiger if you want a fix 😉
