Does anyone know of a list of apps updated specifically for Snow Leopard?...

More specifically, there is a 64-bit version of iTunes for Windows; will Apple release a 64-bit version for Snow Leopard?...

Almost everything in the current build is 64-Bit. iTunes, iLife apps, grapher, Front Row and DVD Player are not.

A Better Finder Rename already has a 64-bit build for Snow Leopard. I think you're going to see a lot of smaller apps make the jump pretty quickly. The larger more code laden apps will take more time.
