When selecting multiple files on the desktop (pictures for example), you used to be able to drag them onto the mail app icon in the dock and have a single email open up with all the files attached. Now this doesn't work anymore. The first time you do it, it opens up two emails, each with one file attached (out of 5 total, lets say). Then the next time you try it, it will open up an email with 2 files attached. The next time, 3 files will be attached, and so on. This continues until a new set of files is selected. When doing it from within finder in a folder other than the 'Desktop' folder, it seems to work just fine. The same issue arises if trying to open multiple pictures from the desktop (all JPG). They don't all show up in a single preview window anymore. The first time, only one picture opens. The second time, two will open, etc etc. My friend confirmed he is also having this bug. We both upgraded from Leopard. Can anyone else confirm or post any solutions. I can record a video and post if necessary. All this on a 2009 Unibody 15" MBP with the 8hr battery.
