I placed an order on the Singapore Apple Online Store using my new MBP's Serial Number, which qualified properly for the Snow Leopard Up-to-date program. However, I just found out that I'm going to the States during September and so cancelled my order and now want to qualify my system again to ship the SL up-to-date box to the States instead. The system now says that my SN has already been qualified. How can I 'unqualify' it?

Also, what will actually ship with the up-to-date kit. Is it a whole bootable retail DVD just like if you buy it for $29?

Thanks.

as the goldenmackid has already stated I think the only way your going to sort this out is by calling apple and explaining the situation to them.

Okay sure, I'll look into that myself.

Anyone knows anything about what exactly will be shipped?

Will it be the "pretty" disc or just a plain grey disc like they are shipped with Macs? *crosses fingers for pretty disc* 😀
