When I go to the up to date program, it says, "if you purchased a mac directly from the online store, chose one of these links." Under it is one labeled "us costumers (that's me!). When I click on it, it asks me to log in. I do so, and it takes me to an empty cart. I have cookies enabled, which is the only solution they provide on that page. Even if I log into my Apple ID beforehand, it still asks me to log in, then brings me to the empty cart anyway. The thing is, before I got my new MBP (which I needed to serial number from), I got to the page that asked me to enter the number to complete registration. Now I can't seem to get back to it.
