You saw that YouTube video, too, huh?

Maybe not.

I always thought that Snow Leopard was literally an Intel-bug fix for Leopard. No added features.

Snow Leopard was a damn good OS, though. Ran it on my Intel iMac for who knows how long. Rock solid.

I got it working on my PowerBook 5,6. A lot of things don't work and there are many bugs, but it does boot.

Hi guys,

I think it's working very well and a lot of development/advances are being made
every day/night.
There is a 190 Client build which has some problems but the server 096 one
is very stable ( It's the one I've been using since day one ) .
I'm using the 096 as a daily driver on a powerbook DLSD which I found how to get
some part of the UI acceleration working for Radeon Cards making it almost
100% smooth on Powerbooks with these chips.
Wireless/Airport apparently is only working in this version not the 190.
Overall it's very faster than Leopard even withou full QE/CI.
If you have a Powemac with PCIe Geforce 6600 or 7800 you will have full QE/CI.
This is also a "community" work so anyone can try and help ;-) so go there.
You can also dual boot with Leopard so you don't need to loose your current setup.

Best regards,
voidRunner
