Not sure if this is where I should be asking it but will I get a copy of SL for free because I'm apart of the ADC? I purchased it at the end of December '08 and it's the student membership so it lasts till December '09

That depends. Did you get the Developer Connection box with a copy of Leopard and an SDK DVD?

If not, don't count on getting Snow Leopard.

No, you have to have a Select or Premier membership to get software seeds.

Seeds, yes, but all accounts (at least USED to) received a copy of Leopard upon purchase and if another OS came out while you were still a member, you would get that free, as well.
