Snowrunner - how do you move the truck?

Just downloaded Snowrunner for my Mac As a non-gamer I find it extremely frustrating. I am just using my keyboard, mouse and trackpad. No instructions that I can find on how to use them. There is a parking brake command which shows a keyboard key icon which I don't have (staple lying on its back). What key is that?

I can't find instructions anywhere on how to actually get the truck to move. All of the Youtube videos talk about game strategy (get to the watchtower, etc.) but nothing about how just to control the #$%#$% truck.

Would appreciate any suggestions on where to go for the very basic basics, e.g., how to control the game. Nothing on their website.

At a guess, it's probably trying to indicate the space bar. Some games say the word "Space" and others do a kind of "trough".

Have you tried using W, A, S and D for movement? They're common keys in a lot of games, although typically the arrow keys will work as well.

Next time that happens in a game try to push all keyboard buttons. That’s what I do when I can’t find a function. 😄

Good idea. I did that but nothing happened. Suppose it was because the parking brake was on.
