There IS one thing I do find problematic its how webpages have somehow slowed down in loading. Its not that slow...just a little slow

I'm sorry to disagree with you on this, but I'd rather pay, within reasonable terms, for something that actually works and saves me trouble, than having to deal with an OS on my computer that is only making my interaction and work with it way harder. That is exactly why I left Windows and decided to move to the Mac/Apple environment.
It is not that much about how much you Pay in actual money but about the amount of time you end up wasting for having an Operating System full of flaws.
Learned my Lesson with Windows Vista and OSX Lion.

I think you are agreeing. He is saying he is glad that the software was free since it isn't working for him. As in he is glad the bad software didn't cost him anything. Doesn't mean he wouldn't be glad to pay some for better software.

I get that on some websites. I don't know if it is due to the volume of traffic or the page layout. I wish we had had Safari improvements like we are seeing now in ML.

A lot of these issue could be because of spotlight indexing, causing your slowness.

For a fresh install, that is true. However, I was seeing this with the last two GM builds. And my computer was no longer indexing.
