well- on my iPhone 4
I use it now without even thinking... like Command+Tab on my mac.
Because of Multitasking and the retina display, I actually get a lot of day-to-day work done on my phone. Copy-pasting to and from emails, phone numbers... it's really amazing just how capable this little device is when you really know how to use the features!

I use it to clear RAM, control music, or occasionally when I know it's faster to just double tap than single tap and swipe.
