came with mint, unused genuine OEM black sport band (been wanting this, without paying $49+tax) and a nice 3rd party leather band mysteriously found on etsy/amazon 3rd party, etc. type thing

-AND- a second watch charger with 5w cube, gonna keep that one in my bedroom (main charger is in kitchen)

She claimed she used it 20x and it collected dust. Looks like it too, excellent shape.

Space grey 38mm to pair watchOS 4.1 with my 11.1.1 X

I also have a S0 silver 38mm sport, with white band and several other 38mm bands I can use

Glad I can keep that ancient internal hardware S0 on 3.1 permanently and have it be paired with iOS 10 jailbreak devices (my SE and 7+ 10.2/10.1) and maintain battery/some sense of performance.

Weeee

Win all around

Only out $150 for this upgrade endeavor,

——

My plan is to lag behind on watch because its not THAT important to me in relation to the money to shell out, but get with the times as needed without screwing myself on other legacy devices :D

The nerd in me is so giddy, this 4.1 download is taking FOREVER tho.

S2 was tempting for brighter OLED/waterproof/GPS but dont care about GPS/waterproof is nice but not needed, and same w brighter OLED

S1P and S2 are performance wise pretty much the same, in some Youtube videos it even has edge by a few seconds.

And S3 is out of the question for me pricing wise, but S1/2 performs way closer to S3 than S0 from what I’ve researched. It’s like iPad 1 to 2, 2 had SOOOO much more life. incomparable.

This feels like it’ll probably be that

I hope with series 1, I have the iPAd 2 equivalent of a watch

The Series 1 and Series 2 Apple Watch have the same processor, so they have the exact same performance. But the Series 2 Apple Watch has a larger battery, which makes a difference to help offset the GPS. Also, Series 2 is not waterproof, it's 50 m water resistant.

Essentially, the first generation Apple Watch and Series 1 are the exact same product with the exception of the processor.

I’m still rocking the first gen and it’s incredible! I personally haven’t found any value in upgrading at all. Especially since they all look the same. Although, I’m afraid Apple is gonna kill it soon with another update.

Yeah I wouldn’t be surprised

S1 feels different enough having a s2 processor minus GPS.

And space grey vs silver

And keeping my s0 on watchos3 to sync w my SE or 7plus
