iPhone XR So far so good with the XR

Back to an iPhone after a three month stint with a Pixel 2 XL. Haven't found anything I don't like about this phone yet. My girlfriend, who was die hard apple and got a Pixel when I did, also got one. She is all grins. She has always had smaller phones. 4, 5, 6 and a regular Pixel 2. So she is in heaven. She really wanted yellow but they were out of stock and not due in until the end of November. She went with a 64gb Product Red. I wanted to see the blue but they did have one on display and couldn't open one. So instead of my usual black phones I went with a 128gb white. We did add a line and took advantage of the bogo. Monthly bill is only going up by $20. We'll just use the extra line as a house phone and have an additional 15gb a month to tether.

Oh and the screen looks just fine to my eyes.

Glad to hear. Definitely a much better value $ wise compared to my 256GB XS Max.

I love the size of the XR. I think it hits the sweet spot between the XS Max and XS.

Love the size. It's only a little bigger than my a girlfriends former Pixel 2 but has so much more screen real estate.

I agree. Great phone for the price, and just a great phone anyway. I am very impressed with the device and glad Apple made things a bit more interesting with this model. I see a good future for them in two lines of phones, much like the MacBook/MacBook Pro and the iPad/iPad Pro. I find a lot of value for my money with these kinds of offerings.

I too have not found anything I really don’t like. It’s a little big for my taste, but that will change over time. For a new phone/toy/gift to myself, this ticks all my boxes.
