So how do I switch app store if subscribed to Apple Music?

Hi so I’m subscribed to Apple Music outside US. Now that means my App Store is also of outside usa.

Problem is that I need to download an app from the US app store and apple won’t allow if subscribed to Apple Music for 90 days.

My question is how do I download the app from usa app store in this scenario? Thanks!
