Finally!

I've been waiting for this for quite some time! So now I want to go order my powerbook. I read on the main page of macrumors that there's an upgrade program for like $10. How does this work? I didn't find anything about that on the apple store page. Anybody have any idea?

Thanks! Hurry hurry I want to order my powerbook!!!! :D :D :D

Any Apple computer purchased before the end of the month, and probably through to the middle of May or so depending on which line you get will not have Tiger pre-installed.

After a certain cut-off date, may be today, might be April 29th (I'm not sure) you can get Up-to-Date copy on Tiger for 'free' with $19.95 shipping.

Ok fair enough but how do you go about getting this offer? Do they give you some kind of coupon when you purchase the mac?

By the way, according to the press release its $9.95

Cool thanks! That clarifies a lot. Now all I need to know is whether this is available to EU customers as well. Any of you UK macrumors people know?
