So i bought my iPhone 6 in Saudi Arabia, only to find out that FaceTime is disabled, the app is not there, i'm now in Australia, and i'v updated to the public beta and there is still no trace to FaceTime... so how can i get it?

^^ i only got the new News app, but still no FaceTime ...

can the Apple store help me?

you can't enable it.. the phone has been activated and the IMEI is registered in the ME. only Qatar, Oman and Bahrain allow FaceTime. bacd luck, see if you can get it replaced under warranty in oz, just say the vibrator motor goes off randomly and see if they will replace it with an AU issued device.
