As I posted a few months ago, I wanted an iMac instead of a Macbook Pro 13". People kept giving me advice instead of selling it to just get a Monitor. Today I did and I love it, its just like Having an iMac AND a Macbook Pro to use. I think it was worth the $150.

Oh and the monitor that I bought (If you were wondering) is the 21.5" LG Flatron W2253 VP

I agree totally, If the ACD's were that cheap, i would probably throw in the extra just to get the 2 matching products... maybe

You don't find any 24" display with IPS panel under $400, this is not Apple related. Actually, the cheapest 24" IPS display which costs in Europe 340€=~$425 costs $525 on NewEgg. Dell's 24" Ultrasharp costs $499 with $100 savings. I guess refurbished 24" ACDs are around $500-600 as well.
