So I installed Windows XP SP2 32 Bit and now...

Nothing is showing up. It rebooted and now I go to a white screen and a grey box with a question mark pops up. What do I do next?
 
Now I tried to restore via Mac OSX install disk and the hard drive is not showing up when it asks where to restore🙁
