I think the difference between the unlimited and the 2Gig plan is not enough money to give up the unlimited plan. Between my grandchildren wanting to play around with the phone and possible higher future data requirements. I am happy I bought into the unlimited plan, and of course, I always have the option to down grade with out penalties.

I suspect I do not need the unlimited plan, but frankly, I don't even need the iPhone. i'v always wanted one and now that I have one, I feel i will always have one.

I would not go into debt for an iPhone or the unlimited data plan, so as long as I'm comfortable with the cost- my iPhone experience is all good. :) BRO

I am always near WiFi...home, work, school, optimum wifi..
Rarely ever use 3G

I think that's the way it is with the vast majority of users. AT&T got a number where most won't get close to yet. I can see in the future as usage gets higher, they'll move it up and make a big marketing deal out of it.

I kind of like the exclusive deal, it's keeping AT&T on their toes to keep the deal.

I'll stick to my unlimited for now as I won't miss the $60 a year.
