...I remembered that I had left a full pack of gum in my pants, which had just finished drying in the dryer. I went to the dryer and of course, gum is everywhere: all over my clothes, all over the dryer. So, I spent the last 45 minutes or so cleaning the inside of the dryer and I'm waiting for my pants to re-wash so that I can throw them in the dryer for tomorrow.

Instead of going to bed at 11:30 as planned, I'm up at almost 12:30 which means about a 5 hour sleep is ahead

Anybody else have something fun like this happen to them today?

Heh, pretty stupid. I was worried sick that it was going to involve hours of scrubbing to get the gum off, but I found out online that soaking dryer sheets in hot water and scrubbing makes the job a lot easier.

EDIT: I just took my pants out of the washer, all the gum came out :)

5 hour sleep is a big deal to you? I don't normally get more than 5-6 hours of sleep whether I have something to do or not, and it doesn't really bother me.
