    ...and said "Yeah, it's in the MBP/Powerbook forum". First thing he says to me: "Who the h*ll still uses a powerbook? If you're a true Mac guy, you have to allocate money to upgrade with every generation right when it comes out."

    LOL.

    Plenty still use Powerbooks, plenty still think the Powerbook 12" is the greatest notebook of all-time.

    I'm typing this message on my 15" 1.5 Ghz PowerPC Powerbook that I got in 2004. Tell your friend he is a rookie.

    I have one shaped like a taco that supposedly works but, I haven't got around to trying to fix it, needs a drive and an OS.

    yeah but the 12" is AWESOME DUDE way better than any netbook today. why? it's faster and it's got a disc drive in it. heheh!
