Do they allow internet radio over EDGE? Or alteast the Tuner app allows streaming over EDGE... I would think that a 90Kbps stream over edge would be WAY more stressing than a simple 20Kbps voip convo O_O..

I could be wrong, thats kinda why I'm asking on here.. For enlightenment..

Simple enough.. They have partnered wit ATT who would not want such applications as it would directly hit their revenues......

The thing is: the reason why they don't allow VoIP apps to use EDGE/3G is that they want you to call over the phone network (which is expensive in most countries) rather than via data calls (which are free or very cheap and the carrier doesn't make any money because of the data allowance that's included in your plan).

Listening to radio via EDGE doesn't cannibalize the carriers' profits so they don't mind.
