I'm wondering how exactly does the A14 chip process threads?

Since it is 2x High Perf CPU + 4x High Eff CPU + 4X GPU + 16X Neural

How does the chip decide which core to process a certain thread on?

Is it specified in code that this line runs on Neural, this line runs on GPU, this line runs on CPU?

I'm wondering how exactly all 26 of these "cores" work.

Thanks!

No one knows how many cores an unreleased Apple chip contains. Also, you can't use Neural cores for core count, their purpose is different and also you can't access it.
