I am looking for T-mobile 6+ 16Gb Grey from Apple, and the only possible delivery date is oct 1 - oct 6.

So there is no way to get unlocked phone on 19th?

No. Unless Apple source more stocks and move the order up to the 19th (which is certainly possible)
 
I'm in the country only until 25th. What are the chances that the date will be pushed to 24th-25th?
 
If you have an Apple store near you and you're not in a huge metropolitan area, line up around 12am and wait for 8 hours. Guarantee you'll get one.
