This and something similar popped up on eBay recently.

Not very clear from the description if they are selling the whole Mac mini or what. But they just setup the account few months ago. And 119 is too good to be true for a brand new mac mini m4.

What do you all think?

Recently snagged an Apple refurb M4 16/256 for a little over $500 delivered next day. They pop up occasionally.

On ebay, a few quick rules that will help on Mac purchases:

  • Do not buy from 0 feedback sellers
  • Limit to only US (if in the US)
  • Buy from sellers who accept returns, even if not free.
That last one really eliminates all scammers. It does also eliminate some good/normal sellers, but on something as expensive as a Mac can be, it might be smart to only go with sellers who will accept returns, even if there is a fee to the buyer.

I just checked that page. Accepts returns. eBay guarantee. Will ship to me in Thailand with free shipping.

Fell off a truck???

Me? No need. My 2012 mini is a workhorse with a 5TB Seagate HDD. Use as a media server. Still works great.

Still holdi ng out on Apple Silicon. Don't much like convergence, synchronicity because I don't own phones, watches aso. Intel works fine. Privacy & security? Never had an issue.

Do not ever buy from somebody with zero feedback.

I got it to replace my aging 2011 along with a 4K TV to replace the 50" plasma from the same era. The TV was twice as much, but it's time to upgrade. It's also a blow-it-up machine to start experimenting with Tahoe since I'll be moving there soon. It's pretty much just for playing music, and watching MotoGP/World Superbike.

One would think the scam would work better if the prices were even remotely realistic.

$139 for a iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB?

I mean -- lol
So, I should reconsider buying the Apple MacBook Air 13" M4 chip 16GB RAM 512GB SSD Midnight MW133LL/A 2025 Model for $140?

Damn, that was a good steal but I guess Fazil ain't legit with zero ratings.

These scammers on Flea Bay get their listing shut down and then just start a new one.
