I just did a whole restore to remedy it . I remember it did this before
anybody had this issue occur ? Ugh i hate going down to apple
i hope i put this in the right place

If you dropped it then that'll be why its not working. Someone I know had same issue and there was no way of fixing it.

I dropped it like in December with a case on it ... Hopefully they can fix it wonder should I remove my pics considering

Remove anything you don't want them to have access to (e.g. bank app, photos) if you worry about that. And also, if the case didn't protect the whole phone (the top and the bottom too) then there's a likelihood that that started off the whole camera issue.

Hopefully they give me a refurbished phone that works since they can't fix it ... I hate going to the mall in Alaska

well if they can't fix it then backup it then reset it. And they should hopefully give one that works, never heard of a case where the one they give doesn't work

Isn't the phone locked with a pin, etc, ergo: full disk encryption? And doesn't an iTunes archived backup include everything? Oh wait, maybe the iTunes encrypted backup doesn't include the privacy stuff like photos and app data.

iPhone 6s plus low power mode always yellow iOS 9 3 2 ? is that how it supposed to be i thought when it reached 80 percent it automatically turns back green (and it's still yellow at 100% )... and they gave me a replacement phone (refurbished )...
guess i will have to trade it out again ....I should have stayed with the iPhone 5s

The yellow battery icon is to remind you that it is in low power mode, and it is supposed to stay yellow all the time, even when it is at 100%, charging or discharging. Nothing is wrong with your replacement phone. Enjoy it.
