So My iphone icloud backup is 3.2 gb

So my ipad backup to icloud is 1.4gb however my i couldnt back up my iphone one so i deleted my ipad back up and now my iphone back up is 3.2gb what the hell

Uncheck some apps from the backup.
For example, Navigon was taking about 600Mb so I unselected big apps like that and went from near 4gb to few hundreds mb.
