so sick of all these "which macbook" threads

I still like the "Dell vs Mac" threads.... One asks the age old question of why is a Dell cheaper? While the other ask why I should get a Mac instead of this Dell, which I believe is far better value?

I understand people would like advice but seriously there are some silly overdone questions out there...
 
don't forget that not everyone is tech savvy and come looking for help, some may not even know how to use search ....man when I think back to my first machine and first experiences of the net ....it was difficult you know....try to remember that not everyone knows what you know. k

if you dont like the threads then don't read em, simple.

this forum is here for everyone not just experienced people , damn some folks
 
Do not buy a Macbook! Do you know what the word junk means? Look it up in the dictionary because that is exactly what they all are. JUNK!!

Buy a Dell if you want a GOOD laptop!

I am wondering what you are trying to say. Sarcasm, joker.... or what?

Do you use a Mac? If not, why are you in a Mac forum?

I have a Dell laptop and a Mac laptop and neither is junk.

Sorry guys , that was meant to be taken as a total joke, yes I own an iMAC , I bought it blindly , up until May 30th I had never so much as touched a Mac computer. A guy I know had been bugging the heck out of me to try a Mac. I finally said what the heck, I bought last years 24", 2.8ghz dual core, 2gb of ram....and I bought 4gb of ram as well, all for $1349. Not the best deal but not bad. I got it home and have been playing with it non-stop .
My Windows PC has already been sold, and I will admit that I have missed it a few times but its because I spent so much time on Windows PCs, about Mid 1997 to June 30th.

I am still not super comfortable on my iMac but it look time to get to know Windows so I expect this is gonna take some time. My goal is to convert 100% to Mac and never use so much as even a Windows only based software again.


Again sorry guys that was a total joke, my joke telling skills suck. I am the type of dummy who sticks his foot out as someone walks by and he falls....I laugh and tell him to chill, it was only a joke! :p
 
guys you know what else i hate in threads, when people start attacking others about their opinions. this thread is just supposed to be comical and it like so many others has turned into a big brain contest.
I absolutely like reading peoples opinions about which computer to get
 
My opinion is that if you don't like them, don't read them.

I think it is redundant too. but people are getting ready to spend money on something that they have probably been saving for for months if not about a year. Everyone feels that their situation is different than everyone else's.

It's ok, I new right away that obvious troll was obvious. People in these forums are a little too on-edge... as will now be proven by the multiple huffy responses I get to this statement. ;)

Hey, I'm pretty good at using and recognizing sarcasm (if I may state so myself), but in the case of bentvalve, it wasn't obvious at all. For all we knew, he could have been serious. But I looked up his post history and saw he bought an iMac recently, so he probably wasn't being serious. But that doesn't suddenly make it a good joke or a good attempt at sarcasm.
 
Get over it.. if you dont like them dont read them. Like people have said they ask questions directed at them.. i have made a "which mac" thread :D

"advice, waiting, talk about what to buy"

thats what it says.. what do you expect
