The most obvious feature a calendar should have is being able to see your calendars. Still not able to view subscribed calendar. I am beginning to wonder why I am paying for this service, there are free services that currently run better than this, this is just style over substance 🙁

On which device cant you see subscribed calendars? On the ipad for example this is currently not supported if you are using the new caldav service. I upgraded my iPad to the 4.2 beta and now I have my subscribed calendars.
While moving events around in iCal i have to wait for syncing to occur, it is very slow (lags). The only work-around is to take my laptop offline, make changes, then go back online and let it sync...
I have 3 new very fast Macs and a good internet connections. I'm sorry but I could care less about iCal on MobileMe.com and I think this upgrade is just shy of a joke.
You can no longer share a calendar via a browser with a simple url.... sheesh... Now anyone you invite needs software to see it on a pc or a mac. Big step forward... NOT HAPPY WITH THIS ONE... GOING TO RIDE MY HARLEY NOW... 😡😡😡
I reverted back to the old iCal. I lost almost all my events on the new iCal prior to August (yes, I did back up). I actually was able to talk to a person at MobileMe. She acknowledged that some users were experiencing syncing issues. She also told me in the future, all MobileMe users will eventually have to upgrade to the new version.
unfortunately if you read the known issues doc for MobileMe iCal you'll see that many of the problems you're listing are actually the new functionality. At present there is no way to see your subscribed calendars @ MobileMe.com. You supposedly can publish them to the server to they beam to your IOS devices but nothing at Me.com
