iPhone 12 Pro So the Pro Max it is!!!

I get why they did it in part. To make the transition for 5.8” pro users easier and x / xs. But mixed bag since it’s leaving previous 6.1 and Max users in the dirt

I'm thinking the main reason they did it was to maintain the same scale factor as the X/XS/11 Pro -

11 Pro: 1125x2436 resolution / 3x scale = 375x812pt
12 Pro: 1170x2532 resolution / 3x scale = 390x844pt

If the Pro was 6.5, like my iPhone 11 Pro Max, I would purchase that model, vs the 12 Pro Max...

Someone posted this on another thread and it definitely put things into perspective! and now I have no doubt the Pro Max will be the best choice, going for the Pro I'm losing on a lot of that screen real estate! What do you think? Has this changed your mind about getting Pro or Pro Max?

12 Pro vs 12 Pro Max - Struggling hard on this decision

I currently have a 11 Pro Max. I love it but thinking of downgrading in size for better form factor, one hand usage, etc. I do love a big screen though. So not sure. I’m on AUP and don’t mind upgrading. That blue and style are calling my name! I'm obviously hoping for 120hz next year so I'll most LIKELY upgrade next year but you never know. So I want to make a good decision regardless. I feel at this point I’ve gotten use to the bigger size but I dunno. The 6.1 is intriguing to me. I keep ping-ponging back and forth on which one I want. I’m literally 50/50.

Any advice?
