so this makes no sense? i cant get iphone 4?

    purhcased iphone original 2007- was elidable for new iphne 3g for $99 +18

    got failed blackberry curve instead (2009)

    so now its its 2010 an my contract expires in 12/28/10 and it says higher price upgrade only? what makes no sense following there guidelines....

    i think i might just cancel my contract.

    The early upgrade offer is for current iPhone owners. You own a BlackBerry. Makes perfect sense.

    You're upset because they're requiring you to hold up your end of a legally binding contract that you signed?

    The sense of entitlement around here is sickening.

    wrong, the current offer is for current AT&T smart phone customers (iPhone or not) who want to upgrade to iPhone 4.

    WRONG!! I am not an iPhone customer and my update was in august but could only upgrade for the higher price. I sent AT&T an email about this a while back and this is what I got...

    "We are unable to move the upgrade eligibility unless you currently have an iPhone. The policy is as followed: If you are eligible to upgrade within 2010 and you currently have an iPhone you are able to upgrade when the device is launched. We are unable to make any other exceptions."
