    It looks like an app from the App Store, but I could be wrong. Also, the back of that iPhone looks different then the current ones.

    yeah i was gonna say the same..but it looks like there is still chrome around the edges

    I kept on pausing it over and over so I could see it second by second but there is a glare

    Pretty cool as it confirms that those other pics of the compass(and the other iphone pics from the same source) are real.

    It is clearly not the same thing. They are showing this on a new phone, I'm pretty sure this wasn't meant to be on youtube.

    You got me before I revised my post. I found that exact app in the app store, look at my previous post.

    And it's just a black iPhone 3G, there's nothing new about it. When you look at it frame by frame, you can see the shinyness of the back piece.

    Can I just say... the app shown CLEARLY just works off the accelerometer, it is by no means demonstrative of a compass.
