So, what can one do with an old iPhone 3G after upgrading to the 4S? Does it basically become an iPod Touch? :apple:
 
Assuming you've had phones before the iPhone was ever even thought of, you could do the same with the old ones. Sell it, keep it incase one breaks, recycle it, give it away, etc. :)
 
Keep it. It will be a cool artifact from the past someday and probably a collector's item. I still have an old Nokia phone from the mid-90's, it's amazing to see how far we've come in such a short time.
