Just like nobody knew they were making one for the 6/6s, no one knows if they are making one for the pluses.

there probably won't be since the iPhone 6+/6S+ both have far superior battery lives compared to their smaller siblings

No need for the Plus. If you need extra juice but have no outlet, there are a ton of tiny USB battery packs available. Why have one permanently attached to your already huge phone when you can keep it in your pocket or bag?

Was thinking the same, but I think the OP may be referring to the 6+ and 6S+.
