The Draco/Trunket combo looks extremely sharp. I want something similar to that. The Draco is a bit pricey but I'm sure it's worth it.

I'm just curious if there's been revisions to the DRACO Case design. There's a quite a bit of reviews by owners that it cuts the signal. Does anyone here know if it's been fixed?

I do like the Draco- Grey/Trunket-Sea Blue Combo. There's a place selling the case for $69, cheaper than Amazon.

I just saw the Pinlo Slice 3 case. I think I am going to get that when it's available for the 4S AT&T version. Slice 3, and some Zagg, that's shortbread right there. :D

I'm using a leather case for my iPhone 4; Nicea book from mapicases and will use the same for 4s too :) :apple:

Mophie juice pack plus, got my with the bright yellow band, love it for the awesome 2000 mah battery and amazing protection.:D

Had phonesuit elite for months then ditched it for a slimmer bumper, draco 4. I've lost signal strength but the new boasting power I've gained is totally worth it. :)

Really?

Looks good but doesn't fit your phone and made cheaply.
If you really want one you can buy mine. It's brand new but, doesn't fit my phone because DRO Concepts doesn't know how to build a case that fits.

Like a beautiful lady full of STD's. Look if you must but, don't touch because you will regret it!!!

Hope you find a case with better quality out there. Good luck

I just bought a glacier white/grey otterbox defender for my white 16gb 4s. Seemed the cleanest and least clashy, while still providing good defense against my two toddlers :)

This guy i neBay makes custom leather cases

I have purchased 2 units from him, one for my 3GS and the other for a friend (iPhone 4).

Very high quality, custom made leather cases.

I use my 3GS with a Switcheasy Vulcan to prevent drop damage & scratches - and I carry the 3GS in a D2 type case I purchased over 2 years ago.

As you can see, you can select the outer leather, inside protection, belt clasp and closing method. He also imprints anything you want on the case (I had my name imprinted - VERY nice touch).

And since I intended to use the case with the 3GS inside a Vulcan, I just took the external measures and provided them while placing the order.

The case is delivered in a simple packaging, but then I found that this guy really cares about his product - the case came enclosed in a very nice box.

The materials are very high quality and the fit was perfect.

Only now, after more than 2 years of extensive use including field trips etc, is the case showing some wear along some edges. But the main external cover looks just like new - simply amazing.

Having given my warmest recommendation to the eBay seller above, I'd appreciate your recommendation on one of the following options for my iPhone 4S.

Up to now I've used a horizontal belt clip for my 3GS (see his D2 model).

The other alternatives I'm considering are the ikonic edge super slim, Sena Elega and the Proporta aluminum lined cases.

Basically I think I want to have the 4S in my pocket, not protruding from my belt.

Here are the links for the options I'm considering:

And this is the eBay guy's option that I like:

This time I don't want to use an additional polycarbonate/rubber cover, just screen & back protectors - and the 4S will be protected by the leather cover.

What do you guys recommend out of these options?

Thanks.

Just got my white Speck Candyshell and its great. Good size, good quality feels alot better than some cheaper cases ive tried. I use the white one with my black 4s looks great.

These two to start:

Well, I ended up being dissapointed with both of these.

The SGP Linear Crystal Series just looks cheap in person, unlike the marketing pictures on their website. Also, the plastic band around the the perimeter is slippery and moves with only a little bit of pressure. It is sitting in a box in my closet to be used as an emergency back up only.

I really liked the Incase Slider (Black) at first, but it caused my screen protector to lift up at the corners. Not a lot, but still bugged me. Then a few weeks ago I decided to put a back protector film on my iphone. This caused the fit of the case to be so tight that when I tried to remove it later, a large piece of plastic chipped off in my hand. Didn't really care at that point, but it would have been a good case if used without screen and back protectors.

So I went back to best buy and picked up a iFrogz - Luxe Lean Phase Case. It was cheaper than the other cases I bought but fits well, doesn't affect the screen protector, and the grooves on the perimeter provide a good grip and show off the iphone's steel band. It is a very lean case that feels great in the pocket. I wish I had gone with this one from the start.

same combo, looks very clean. Although it is quite big, and tough to get in and out of pockets...

I've gone through many cases, but my favorite is the Griffen Revel Etch for the 4. It mute switch cut out is off, but the sides are soft rubber so it is easy to toggle the mute switch. I bought the case for $4 Black Friday at Walmart. I love the "carbon fiber" back.

I bought this SENA case:

I'm very pleased with it. The fit is perfect, the workmanship is tops. Plus the case protrudes just a bit over the edges of the iPhone 4s in every direction, so, when you drop it, the leather hits the ground first, not the iPhone. It's not a shockproof case, but it does offer protection.

:)

Ordered myself a black Incase Slider from Amazon yesterday for $13 shipped so I'm looking forward to rocking that case.

loved my incipio feather until i dropped it the other day, 2.5 feet onto the ground, case broke where the volume buttons are and got a tiny crack in the phone. can't decide if i should get something a little bigger now, stuff happens...
