So which model will go out of stock first?

Plus' market share is tiny compared to 4.7" iPhone, so 7's black colours with 32 and 128GB of storage will go first.
 
I'll say jet black as well as black

New colors tend to go first in the land of iphone. Rose gold was hard to find for the first two weeks after launch
 
Black is essentially the replacement for Space Grey... It will not sell out first or second. They probably manufactured more Black than anything else.
