I would have to say I am. I have a yellow band at the bottom that is slightly distracting, but I'm getting a replacement. Other than that, the iPhone 4 is the best I have ever had!!!!

I have the reception problem and I'm still pleased with my iPhone 4. I use it in a case to also protect it because it is glass. I very pleased with it as a matter of fact.

The problems will be fixed, they always are.

Relatively happy. Still having issues with yellow spots on the screen. Otherwise I love the phone.

Just got it today and it blew me away. The screen is just GORGEOUS. It's so fast. I really can't imagine what Apple will jam into the phone next year hardware-wise. A couple of the same usual gripes with the software, but Apple can fix that on the go. :D

I lose one bar when holding the phone, but every phone I've used does that, so not a big deal for me.

Happy with the iPhone 4.

Not happy with lack of cases that "work." Everything I've tried so far including Apple's Bumper either presses on the buttons or keeps me from pressing the buttons.

My iPhone 4 just came in this afternoon, and I'm completely happy with it. Such a noticeable upgrade going from a 3G to the iPhone 4. Don't have the signal problems that others have been having. Did have a yellow spot in the bottom right corner of the screen, but that has gone away already.

perfectly happy... amazing. better reception than i have had previously. This is a beautiful iPhone.

I'll probably get grief for posting this, but this whole iPhone 4 thing couldn't have worked out better for me. This was my first launch day and I kinda Mr. Magoo'd my way through...

1) The 3G I inherited from my late father last summer was stolen this May. I hastily replaced it with a 3G on May 8th, only to luck out and get the generous free swap offer AT&T made for people who purchased within 30 days of WWDC.

2) I didn't log on to here on June 15th and had no idea of the Apple/ATT server issues. I walked into a local AT&T store and placed my preorder in 10 minutes over lunch.

3) I was out of town when it shipped to the store and had had serious second thoughts after hearing all the reports of yellow bands and antenna issues. Yet, I haven't lost one phone call and can't even lose a signal when trying to replicate the left hand bug. (please note, I realize this is a real issue and impacting some users...but I haven't had one signal problem with this phone.)

My only minor complaint has been the lack of quality cases out there. As good as the phone looks, it seems fairly fragile. But I'm sure there will be plenty of cases in just a few weeks.

Other than that...it has been absolutely perfect.

I was happy before (Launch Day) and even happier on Sunday (the day they replaced my iPhone 4 with defective battery).

So now I am absolutely 'perfectly happy.':D

Screen is fantastic.

unlike others, the iPhone 4 for me in the real world has BETTER reception that the 3G.

I can make and hold onto calls in my elevator in my condo that with my old phone would drop from floors 1-3. I can also get enough reception in our lecture hall that is underground and meant no service and only email (via wifi). Now I get just enough reception to make a calls and receive texts.

Build quality is exceptional. The iPhone 3G build quality was only OK IMHO.

Even though I like the iPhone 3G software, I hated the rounded form factor. It was hard for me to hold onto. The new form factor is not only a much higher build quality, but is easier to grasp.

The iPhone 4 is VERY snappy. The 3G was aways acceptable, but never snappy.

Battery life is phenomenal

Multitasking was worth the wait. I almost bailed to an Evo (but didn't because the build quality is junk when I tried one out) when I heard how apple was going to implement multitasking, but I must admit in practice it is very well done. Still a small bit of room for improvement, but overall excellent balance between battery life and function.

My only dislikes so far is the "silence" butter is hard to check when the phone is in my pocket.

The phone is just a bit to heavy.

Apple needs to implement wireless syncing for both the iPhone and iPad. Either mobile me needs a major overhaul or something, but getting documents and music onto the iPhone and iPad is still not good.

There sure is just a little bit of comments here. It would seem like since this is MR, this thread should be in the hundreds by now.

Couldn't be happier and am actually very frustrated that this phone is getting so much hate. Even with all the supposed "issues" others are having, there isn't a better phone out there.

You know, I'm pretty convinced that there wouldn't be nearly as many haters if Jobs had exercised a minimal amount of common sense and replied to that initial email as if he cared about customers or, in the very least, not replied at all. That he replied in such a condescending, arrogant, ingrate manner practically begged the haters to bring it on. And they have, in droves. And frankly, I don't blame them. I like the phone, it's works well and looks great, but I've come to avoid Apple at all costs. I didn't buy my phone from Apple, I bought it from AT&T and it was a very pleasant experience. This being opposed to the Apple store down the hall which had armed police posted at the door along with a woman who had attitude coming off her like heat off the top of a black car in summer. I didn't even bother going in after about 5 seconds of "conversation" with her. Instead, I left, feeling lucky she didn't spit on me, and gave the commission to a guy at AT&T who couldn't have been nicer and more conscientious.
