So who's camping out like last year?

The only benefits of pre-ordering and going to the Apple Store to pick it up are

1. The possibility of getting it earlier than FedEx may deliver it on the 19th
2. The "coolness" factor of hanging out with other excited iPhone 3GS buyers.

Are there any other benefits? Just curious because I see many people saying they are going to pick it up at the Apple Store instead of having it home delivered.

I remembered it was raining hard that night. When I say hard, I mean hard. Like hail lol. Decided last minute not to go.
