Definitely keeping mine. I haven't used it long enough (without it being plugged in) for me to know how long the battery lasts doing certain things.

Are you happy with the size of the haraddrive? I understand its a new hd and right now its smal in capacity.However that makes it easier to make small devices.but wondering how much music one can cram into an ipod.
I just like the odd photo album etc. few albums and few epeisodes when movie rentals begin
It has flash memory not a HD and im happy with it got a few videos and tunes on there and can watch more videos on YouTube when theres wifi around.
Im for sho keeping this thing! I has been using it constantly the past few days, and I'm impressed. I've been surfing safari with wifi for 2 1/2 hours straight here at work that's more than I can say for a lot of computers!

Doesn't wi-fi turn itself off when you're not using safari, youtube or wifi store?

No because it's continually looking for a hotspot, especially if you aren't in a hotspot area. Also when connected to a hotspot the touch (and any other wifi device) has to continually check to make sure it is still 'connected' to that hotspot.
