Other So will the regular iPhone 15 Pro have the same exact triple camera system as the 14 Pro?

The new telephoto only for the 15 Pro Max but I don’t understand how supposedly they won’t be updating the main wide sensor on both of them? And the regular 15’s will also have the same main camera?
I am so confused. I thought they were putting some new technology on the main camera for the Pro models?
If they don’t it will be the worst upgrade in history especially for the Pro iPhone series since the 11 Pro.

I don't think can assume either of those things. 9to5Mac, for example, suggested the opposite:

iPhone 15 Pro will feature an all-new sensor technology that will “capture more light and reduce overexposure or underexposure in certain settings.”

Will this turn out to be true? I have no idea.

Possibly! Perhaps it will even be so bad that it will tarnish the reputation of the iPhone, bankrupt Apple, and encourage people to abandon personal computing altogether and go back to using pen and paper.

But perhaps we could at least wait until the product is announced before we reach these apocalyptic judgements?

I am eager awaiting to see the camera system for the 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max.

I recently discovered -- and boy was this a shocker -- that the 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max camera systems are the same! I had the same misconception for the 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max. I thought they were different! I know at some point there had been a divergence and apparently that started with the model I have 12 Pro (vs. 12 Pro Max) and I somehow thought the divergence continued with subsequent models.

I really hope that the 15 Pro and Pro Max lines continue the convergence of the camera lines.

Yes only the 12 pro and 12 pro max were different. Starting with 13 pro and the pm is the same camera

It could be the worst upgrade in history but apple will still sell millions. People just gotta have it 😂😂
