Anyone in the SoCal area feeling this way too?
Thursday I was lucky enough to score a 16GB iPhone 6 Plus Silver by just showing up and waiting in line at 9:40 AM. But sadly I gave it to my bf because I couldn't stand having such limited space.
But I've seriously have been stalking this dang iStockNow website and I almost NEVER get any email notifications.
What I've noticed though from the past 3 days of showing up at the Sherman Oaks Apple Store is that there have been about 4-6 of the same (sorry, not being racist but..) asian guys standing in line, buying up all the unlocked iPhones, while they are holding iPhone 6 Plus in their hands. SO unfair!!
Anyways, has anybody had any luck?

Northern California here... ZERO luck. Been playing the online availability game (2x per day during restocks) and waiting in line.

NOTHING.

I stood in line for 28 hours on the 19th and was #8 in line out of about 1000 people. I got the last Silver 128GB Plus. They maybe had like 100 Pluses available on Launch day. Thats in the West Hollywood - Studio City area.

There was quite a bit of stock all of last week up to last weekend. And then suddenly all if this week there's practically zero stock.

I got mine last Saturday in Pasadena. Got there around 10am and line took about 2.5 hours

I am in SoCal and every store I have gone to they are saying nothing coming in. I am still waiting for my four 6 Plus's that I ordered on pre-order day. I am glad that people are getting lucky and finding one in stock, but this whole pre-order thing is over for me. Pre-order does not mean what it used to. If I ordered my phones today, I could get them in only one to three weeks longer than my expected ship date of 10/24/2014. I am working with a 4, and it is slow as hell, and no LTE. The only thing I am happy about is that I kept my four UDP lines from Verizon and that they are not going to throttle. I need the phones so I can give the 4's back to Verizon and collect my $800.00!!

Try the Northridge fashion mall. A few weeks ago before I got my iPhone 6 I was getting countless notifications from istocknow with available iPhone 6s... But it was the SG 16gb so I'm not entirely sure if they have what you're looking for.

I saw a 64 gray plus on monday in orange county, there were a bunch of them actually. So they do come just not as often as the regular 6s. I was able to score a gold 6+ 64 via pickup for my gf so I'm pretty happy.

I hear you...but with recent news about 8.5 million chinese people pre-ordering...do you get that feeling that iPhone won't come in to the store for a long time? maybe online work?

you gotta understand that there were about 10 million iPhones sold via pre-order...if i'm not mistaken...so of course it will take long time....lot better than waiting at the store.
