Looking for ways to use my iPhone 4 that is not jail broken, that has iOS 5 and can not see MyWi or TetherMe in the app store for some effed up reason with my Galaxy Tab 10.1 tethering off the phone. Anyone have solutions?!?

If your cellular provider offers tethering (some free most not) it'll show up as "Personal Hotspot" in the settings menu.

SoftBank in Japan doesnt offer it, that's why I'm looking for other options?
