Software for Live Voice-Overs

Hey guys.

I'm interesting in learning about whatever software is available to sync live voice-overs from a Mic to video that I capture with my Hauppage HD-PVR when I play video games.

I know people that have it for PC's and I have a 2 y/o Macbook and was wondering if anyone here could help me in pointing me in the right direction.

Besides a mic, what sort of software would I need? I use EyeTV 3 to capture the video from my PS3 onto my computer and then iMovie to edit.
