I had a pc but I bought an imac. I tried to find the drivers and software for seagate backup plus model srd0sp0 for a mac but I couldn't find it. Can anybody help me please?

I have one of those Seagate backup plus, 8TB model.

Extra software, such as drivers, are not needed. Just plug it in, and use it.
If you will not be using that Seagate backup plus on a PC again, erase it in Disk Utility, changing the format to Mac OS Extended.

I have mine split into 4 volumes, one is my first-level TimeMachine destination. Others I use for additional archives of some other drives that I have, and one (3TB) volume I use for temporary storage for customer backups.

One OTHER use that I wanted for that Seagate is to have a few bootable systems for Macs. Won't - can't be made bootable on a Mac. I don't know the reason, but I think that the enclosure interface card won't allow it - maybe something to do with the "plus" part, where it will connect to other USB devices. But, works great for a backup, which is my main use for that anyway.
Again - no other software needed to use it for external storage.
