I have an older Palm m125 that I am going to be selling. However I also have some additional software that I bought to go with it. I also will be selling that as well. Do I have to do anything with the software so that it is legally theirs? All of the software was used on another computer besides what I use now, and some of it might have been erased when the hard drive had to be rewritten. I have no use for any of it anymore.

As long as you have uninstalled the software it should be fine to include the install CDs with the Palm. If you reformatted your other computer, it would have been erased. Besides, I don't think anyone really cares if you have a copy of the software since you can't use it without the hardware.
