No, but there are a few different applications that can open most WordPerfect files (assuming that's what you're trying to do).
The one I had the most success with was AbiWord, which also happens to be free. It has major text display issues, if memory serves, so you probably wouldn't want to USE it on a regular basis, but for opening and converting WP documents, it's a great option.
