Software RAID5 questions

All,

I am a user of RAID Toolkit from FWB software.

I was wondering if there are any other users of this software here, and what people think that the prospects of it working with Tiger are.

Raid Toolkit has been discontinued, and I am wondering which RAID ( Yes I need a RAID 1/3/5 setup ) system to move to, if needed.

I would rather not spend a ton of money, so an XRAID setup is clearly out of the question.
