Software recommendations for Mac OS X: Build 9F2533

Hey,
I've recently gotten the new MacBook, Version 10.5.5 Build 9F2533.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a good editing software that would work well with this Macbook Model. It sadly only has a USB, and the imovie on it is ridiculously unsatisfying.
Preferably a software that isn't immensely priced.
Any suggestions?

Hey there,
Quite a few options. If you have iLife '08, then you can upgrade to iLife '09, which is a bit better. Alternatively, Apple offer's a decently capable midrange editor, Final Cut Express for $200:

After that, you have the big boys, Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere, but both of those are $$$.
