Hey, when i open a software it shows different time then the time in the macOS, and the clock is stuck on this time, when I checked this issue i noticed that the system report shows that all software installations ware on the same time that the software is stuck on.
The time and date is correct in the macOS but all softwares are stuck on the same time.
MacOS 10.13.6
Macbook pro 2012

Does that software actually work (can you use it for whatever purpose?)
Which specific software? or ALL apps force the system to show an incorrect time?

Did your "problem with time" begin just recently? Is there any event (like a system update) when you first noticed the time was wrong?
Is there anything else that is unusual about that "wrong" date and time?
Is it the same date as a full "erase and reinstall" that you might have done recently?

Is there any change after a reboot of your system?
Is there any change now after a system reinstall?

All the software is working but if I export files I writes the time that the software is stuck on in my case 05:34, I want to try to solve it without reinstall the macOS, it’s too much work to bring everything back,
I really want to understand what made the system to stuck on 05:34 even that the system time and date is correct.

All the software has the same problem - both Mac native apps (be sure to try TextEdit), and any third-party apps?
Or, is there some particular app that is your primary use?
Can you try to give more details about which apps those are?

You mentioned an exported file will show that 05:34. So, does that mean that a simple saved file will ALSO show that same time?

This would be an ideal time to create a new user, log in to that new account, then try your primary app to see if that time problem still exists, even in a different user account! If Time is still stuck, even in a different account, that would indicate a system-wide issue, and re-installing will be an even better choice at that point.
(I am not suggesting a wipe and install, just a reinstall of the system. The reinstall simply reinstalls (and verifies that system files are complete, not corrupted, and in the correct locations) Might only take about 30-45 minutes. This is the time to use a bootable USB installer for your system, which would be significantly faster than downloading through your recovery partition! )

Have you tried logging in to a different user account?
If you don't have another account, this would be a good opportunity to make a second account, just for troubleshooting.

You didn't say if this is only third-party apps that do this, or also Apple-supplied apps?
Be sure to try either Textdit, or Pages.
